Best in Health and Much More Success For 2008
My advice to you for 2008 is to set more simplistic and realistic goals by adding a visual component to it. A simple notebook or a little board in your office or your room describing such goal may help. The subconscious mind is very powerful. If you can see where you're going in life it's easier to arrive at your destination because you will be more focused.
If you try to integrate an inner sense of urgency and can block out some of the obstacles that will eventually come on your route to success in 2008, you will prevail and will achieve great things.
Where exactly is this powerful message is leading you? Your health of course! You need to understand that you have to start taking care of yourself better to stay healthier. This include: eliminate a lot of fast food in your diet, fried food, white sugar (try brown!), table salt (how about pure iodized?), caffeine, and substitute for more water and green tea. I will not go into detail here about the major significance of these potent foods, but you can always benefit from reading my reports at http://www.burnitforever.com/
It is extremely important to stay active and exercise regularly at least 3 times a day for 30 minutes. In this context, you will not go to a health club facility just to perform cardiovascular type of exercises; It is virtually significant as well if you include a few weights and take a few classes pertinent to your individual goals.
It is clear that individuals who participate in some form of regular exercise and obey the laws of proper nutrition don't visit a hospital often. They don't get sick often because their immune system is strong. They have much more energy, and they combat against the most maliciously monstrous diseases, disorders and ailments in this new information age.
What about you? Where do you fall in this category? Are you going to make a change for 2008 and increase your mortality rate? The answer is up to you.
With this in mind, I wish you all who is reading this right now the best in health and much more success for 2008. If you happen to read this article 3 weeks later or six months later, I still wish you better health and much more success for the rest of 2008.
To your health,

7 Holiday Healthy Habits You Should Follow
1 - Breakfast:
a) While on the way to work, instead of buying a huge bagel and cream cheese or cinnamon roll. Wait till you get to work, or around 10 or 11am for another healthy alternative. This is when the digestive system is able to digest food properly.
b) Instead of reaching for a cup of coffee, reach for a cup of water instead. Water will help speed up your metabolism to start the day, where as coffee will only dehydrate the cells and probably convert some of that sugar into unwanted fat.
2 – Alcohol:
It’s hard for alcohol to be one’s enemy during the holiday season. Alcohol is fine as long as it’s in moderation. However, keep in mind that alcohol is reach in sugar and carbohydrates. Instead of going for the sweet drinks and cocktails at the special event, go for champagne or dry wine, especially red.
3 – Exercise:
a) While exercise is very important year around, during the holiday season it tends to slow down for most of us. It’s better if you can create some time in the morning to exercise and the benefits usually outweigh exercise at night significantly. If you don’t have time to exercise in the morning, go for a much static and less vigorous activity such as yoga or Pilates.
b) If that doesn’t work at all, a few jump and jacks, push ups, sit ups, body weight squat, crunches in the morning will help start the day fresh.
- 1.Stay away from harmful, unsavory and unhealthy food such as bread, coffee, beer, and anything that is in a can
- 2.Who says don’t eat the food that you love. I will indeed eat the food that I love and reject the ones that I don’t need. However, getting the food that you love somewhere safe and healthy is what’s matter the most.
- 3. Balance the day and any indulgences with colorful fruits, powerful antioxidants, and flamboyant vegetables.
Replace green tea in place of coffee during this holiday season. Not only will green tea help you with pre-event fasting, it will decrease your insulin level or keep it level which in turn will help you lose unwanted weight. And it’s so much better and tastier than coffee. Get more nutritional and holistic tips at http://www.burnitforever.com/
6. Stop Making Excuses
Most of us use the holiday season as an excuse factor to not exercise or eat unhealthy. Please try not to throw your healthy eating habits away and at least performing a few callistetics move at home in the morning. Try not to approach every piece of chocolate and get tempted by all the delicious deserts you will encounter and you’ll be fine.
7. Sleeping and Morning Sex
a) It can he a hardship to get enough sleep during the holiday season, so try to make it a point to enforce a nightly bed time. Keep in mind that the body makes up for lack of sleep during the cold season (winter) by overeating as a protective mechanism, so sleep.
b) Sex is a powerful substitute for morning exercise and will help relieve related holiday – related stress. So early morning sex could be a powerful approach to start an energetic and more relaxing day as well.

How To Keep The Winter Bugs Away From Your System
The bacteria in our guts and the ones that suppose to fight malicious antibodies remedies sometime get killed after ingesting over-the counter drug medication or flu medication. Consequently, this malfunction of the immune system leave us more vulnerable to pile on more cold viruses and germs. Again, I am not an anti-medication individual. I Just simply don't believe they are the best alternative when it comes to treating a winter flu or cold. So what should I do? Below is a few tips you can follow:
1- Boost your immune system
You can do that by engaging more in physical activities, especially movement that will challenge your cardiovascular system. For example, jumping, jogging, an aerobic class. Anything that will get your heart rate up and keep it at a medium range through out the rest of such movement you should try to engage in.
When your cells degenerate (they break down, die), when intracellular (water inside your cells) an extracellular (outside of your cells) water intake is low, your body and immune system is more susceptible to cope with more bacteria and germs, because 1) you're not excreting enough toxins out your systems, and 2) you're most likely dehydrated often. That indeed will help the cold set in.
To revitalize your immune system and make it run as an unbreakable and indisputable defensive lineman, you can get your hands on Tahitian Noni Juice HERE or go to your whole food or a health food store and chose from a variety of powerful natural or organic antioxidant juices such as blue berries, citrus fruit, pomegranate, and much more.
2. Stay active
There is no possible way for you to spend the entire winter season not exercising. Whether it's at your home or your local fitness facility, just get involve. The less you do, the more power to Mr. Virus and Misses Germ. Why? well, those suckers just love when they can attack your immune system, your bloodstream, your mucus, anywhere in your body for that matter at any given time. And I guarantee you, If you give them the upper hand, they will tackle you down for days, months, or even years. Do yourself a huge favor, get off your couch, create some time for your own health and get active in some form of physical activity.
3. Relax your mind and be positive
I am sure you heard this phrase before " you become what your thoughts are" If this is the case why do you always think you're sick or will get sick, or tired all the time. What about stress? Your central nervous system is a huge indicator in controlling your thought processes whether it's consciously or subconsciously. Try to think more positive and be optimistic. By the way, did you know that your thought process can help you not to ever get sick or catch the flu or the cold, hence, helping your immune system in combat. Give it a go! try to relax your mind more (listen to jazz, classical music, spiritual music, mind searching sounds track), and stay positive.
4. Use Good Care and Prevention
Touching lots of objects that someone else has touched with mucus in their hands, sweat, dirty hands, will most likely get you sick. Any minor bruises or cuts that are ignored might get you an infection, and can lead to fever or getting a flu. There are so many variables and the sad thing is, it is virtually impossible to control when someone will sneeze in your face, or when you'll touch something that has been contaminated with million of germs. What you can do is be alert, stay alert, and carry your small mini good care and prevention bag with you. In this very small bag you carry most of the time during the winter season, the items that should be included: Q-tips, adhesives, band-aids, alcohol and no I'm not referring to beer, hydrogen peroxide, hand sanitizer, some sort of essential oil, lubricant, a pair of gloves, just to name a few.
5. Rest and Eat Well
Unfortunately the body is not a machine. Indeed, it is very complex my friend, but not a machine. That been said, if you think you are superman and superwoman and refuse to get decent amount of sleep (about 7-9 will do) it will dramatically hinder your daily performance level physically and mentally. There are certain phenomenon that scientists still can't explain, and heck! I sure don't know all the physiological and neurological response of how the body function when it comes to sleep. What I can tell you though is this, there was never a time in my life that I had 7 to 9 hours of sleep I didn't feel like I can conquer the world, plus my mind is always clear, and physically I'm ready for the task at hand. I am sure you feel the same way, and if you disagree with me, it's time for you to start getting more sleep and find out for yourself.
For eating, I will not touch on that too much here. You can visit www.bodybuzzfitness.com go to our Healthy Library and view our nutrition article section or get more of this information at www.burnitforever.com. However, I will let you know a secret that you may have heard before " You are what you eat". If you eat crappy food all the time guess what, your body will most likely feel crappy, especially if you don't exercise at all. Yes, I am referring to unhealthy foods, fast foods all the time. You tell me, when was the last time you ate decent food, or a healthy meal, and you were sick of felt sick. If you got sick from it, it wasn't healthy at all, it was "disguise healthy food".
I strongly hope you use those powerful tips to keep the winter bugs away from your system.

Wouldn't You Love To Have The Tenacity Of The World Fastest Indian "
The World's Fastest Indian will blow your mind away. This is a documentary (with Anthony Hopkins as main character) worth while your time if you have been looked down upon, if you are stuck in a rut, and if anyone has dared you to accomplish your dreams. I know how it feels to want more muscle mass or lose weight but lacking self-determination. And I certainly know determination and tenacity is within you, you just need to let it out and start executing. It becomes such a hardship for you to look at all the attractive women and men at the health club or the gym, then your mind feeble away because of intimidation and lack of self-confidence.

Suddenly, your dreams start disappearing right in front of your eyes. You know! that marathon you wanted to run in the fall, the 30 pounds you wanted to lose, that 10 pounds of muscle mass you wanted to add on to your skeletal frame, that percent body fat you wanted to bring down, and so much more. The point of this article is very simple and yet not as simple as you may imagine. Why do I point this out? Simply because " You can not give up once you start.
Once you make it an option in your life to embark on a journey, especially the one that is found deeply inside of your gut, the one that your heart and mind wants to cry out for, the one that you already see yourself winning, you can't let go, you must face the obstacles and associate yourself with the positiveurs not the negativeurs. Incorporating A Few Classes Into Your Exercise Program Regimen
If you want to sculpt your body more and look ridiculously striated, a cardio type class should definitely be part of your routines. Not even it will help you stay away from the treadmill and elliptical trainer for one hour, like some of you use them for. And I hate to say this, but staying on these equipments for more than 1 hour will only hinder your triglycerides build up by releasing more fat hormones, thus gaining weight rather than losing. Trust me, it's a lot of physiological changes here, you can go to www.bodybuzzfitness.com and read the article "Why avoiding cardio and focusing on weight training will help you lose more weight" Anyway, you get the point right.

Machine Equipments Vs Free Weight Equipments Which one is Better?
Machine Equipments
For a beginner who has never touched any weight equipment before, starting with machine equipment can be advantageous. The beginner will get a sense of where his/her muscles are located. When he moves in a plane of motion most likely a sagital plane, he will soon realize some of the stress that is put on his body. Imagine if someone can barely squat his own body weight or merely execute a few push ups correctly with proper body form, contracting his gluteus maximus, involving the core muscles, keeping the entire body parallel to the ground, maintaining a neutral spine, and then you have this person doing free weight right away. That could be disastrous, the good approach will be to do more corrective exercises using biomechanics (how forces, both internal and external affect the way you move and how your body reacts against any objects due to such force production).
Most machine equipments are fixed, it's sort of like having a fixed mortgage, the interest rate will stay at 6% no matter if its 5 or 10 years unless if you refinance the house. Most machine equipment works the same way, your range of motion is usually fixed, you isolate a particular muscle more, usually the prime mover, the muscle that's doing most of the work, and it will stay like that for 5 or 10 years unless if you change to another machine that allow better range of motion and challenge your central nervous system more.
Machine equipment can be very good for rehabilitation purposes and low back pain issues. Having a disc problem in the lumbar region of your spine (your lower back) perhaps could limit you going into spinal flexion or spinal extension, depending on your problem. A machine with a lower back support could be beneficial at first to get the muscles around that area stronger before you move to free weights.
The point here is this: Machine equipments have their own place and their own rules, and are definitely in my opinion not the best way to be conditioned, stay conditioned and getting significant amount of results, although, they could be very safe and useful for a certain period of time.
Free Weights
Let me ask you a question. The last time you sat on your chair, did you use a machine to help you sit? What about yesterday when you picked up that box from the ground up or reach in the cabinet above your head to get some spice to add to your flamboyant salad recipe, did you use a machine to help you get it? Don't get me wrong here, I didn't see you doing any of these activities, but I will attest that the answer is a big NO.
The reality is this, we move by using our own body weight with the joints in the body that allow us to move. Even though we don't move in all the planes periodically (sagital plane: cut your body in 1/2 from front to back, Coronal/Frontal plane: cut your body in 1/2 from side to side, and transverse plane: cut your body from the waist line), but we use the sagital plane every single day for 365 days a year. Where am I going with this? You bet it's coming your way, "Free Weights"
Free weights allow you to mimic many movements that the body encompass daily, giving the fact that these exercises are executed in a safe environment, with proper body mechanics. Free weights allow you to challenge your central nervous system more and recruits so much more muscle fibers in one particular muscle group, and force you to use your abdominal region in may exercises that you perform. It is not a coincidence that individuals who use free weights are usually better at performing many daily tasks and their reaction time is better. Using free weights you can also isolate a particular muscle area just like a machine equipment will do. However, the force production of that muscle, the use of neuromuscular signal transmitters, sensory nerves, impulses and the reaction of the core muscles (center of the body) will be totally different, hence, giving free weights an unparallel match.
As great as free weight exercises look and sound, one can easily injure a joint, pull a tendon, torn a ligament, and tear a muscle if the application of correctness, safety, proper education of joints alignment, and how forces are applied at a given time are not understood. Listen! I am not trying to scare you here but the worse case scenario that can happen using free weights is finding yourself in "the emergency room or death". Yes! free weights will send you to a nice trip to the hospital if you don't have the knowledge to apply and use them well, and dying if you are stubborn enough and too egotistical to listen to a professional helping you realize what to do. I'll give you a quick tip here, exercise is not just exercise, there's a lot of science that is applied to it, so next time you pick up a free weight and have no idea what you are doing or think you know what you are doing just because you saw it in a magazine, if I were you I would think twice.
The point here is this: Using free weights will always challenge the human body and the human mind in ways that can be inexplicable. Free weights should be used properly and safely with some form of basic knowledge about corrective exercises and exercise mechanics otherwise many unwanted injuries and complications will settle in.

Reduce Your Stress With Napping!
Don’t you think it’s time to reduce your stress level by just taking a little nap daily? Nowadays most of us work extremely long hours and are always in a rush, especially if you inhabit a city such as: New York, Los Angeles, Miami, London, and Boston. Have you ever sat down and think about how napping can be beneficial for your health and reduces stress in your life?
Not just stress, what about some of the most silent killers related ailments known to mankind such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, etc. Are you prepared for them when they knock on your door, or should you prepare yourself before they knock on your door? My observation is that when ever I take a nap through out the day, I wake up with so much more energy, and often people will tell me “Wow you look so much younger for your age, or you look so much more energize today”, and it’s all because I took a nap.
I’m not the type of scientist who work on related topics of how napping affect our lives and health, there are other scientist who study this medium. However, I’m the type of scientist, an exercise scientist, who helps contribute to related research such as stress, and who is concerned about how exercise couple with napping can help you reduce stress and overcome many challenges in the health department. Read what one of the world’s top scientist like Trichopoulus have to say about napping and stress.
Trichopoulos' expertise is in cancer prevention. A courtly man at 68, he teaches both at Harvard and at the University of Athens. He says, "In the way life is organized here, you start with stress commuting, and you finish with stress, which is again the commuting. So to have in the middle of the day a time when you can relax, it can only be good, or at least not bad."
Trichopoulos looked specifically at whether taking a nap gives protection against heart attacks.
The results were published earlier this year in an American medical journal. Greek men who napped at least 30 minutes a day were significantly less likely to die from heart attacks, compared with those who didn't nap. Quick Tips For Hot Summer Time
Some of you might feel light headed when the heat is on an alarming role or when the temperature rapidly change. Our body is designed to recuperate it's vital needs and to maintain homeostasis in any environment and weather. Unfortunately, if you are lacking sufficient energy, or just simply too unhealthy at that point of time, it is usually harder for the body to fight back and to remain in homeostasis (body being in a balance form where everything is working normally).
The human normal body temperature is 98 degree F, when it gets too hot this temperature will rise up and if it reaches 103 and plus that means there is exposure to heat exhaustion and even more. So you need to know how to cool off yourself. Or when it's too cold, this temperature drop, and shivering, migraine, and more can happen. Sooo...
Below are a few tips to keep in mind during the hot weather:
- Always have a bottle of water with you
- Try avoiding hot showers, use cool water instead
- Keep replenish yourself often with cool water or cold water
- Avoid carbonated beverages in the hot weather
- If your feel too hot while walking find a shading area to rest
- Avoid doing a lot of physical activity that are vigorous
- If you love to run, do it when the temperature cools off, usually after the sun is down
- Never, Ever drink coffee and go for a run in the heat
- Masticate your food better to help with better swallowing if you don't have enough water with you
- Wear clothes with lighter materials, meaning try avoiding stuffy cotton
- Eat more salads and other greens
- Avoid too much dry food and fry food
- Use some form of skin lotion to protect your skin from ultra rays and magnetic frequencies
- Avoid consuming too much alcohol in the heat
- Leave the juice alone and drink, drink, drink, plenty of water

Just Because you're 18-25 years old don't even think that Obesity, High blood pressure, High cholesterol, and Inactivity can't destory your Health.
Science Daily — Obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and inactivity: they’re not just your father’s problems any more, University of New Hampshire research finds. New data on the widely unstudied demographic of college students indicates that this group of 18 – 24-year-olds are on the path toward chronic health diseases. Although limited, national data suggest the trend is not unique to UNH.
The UNH data, collected from more than 800 undergraduates enrolled in a general-education nutrition course, find that at least one-third of UNH students are overweight or obese, 8 percent of men had metabolic syndrome, 60 percent of men had high blood pressure, and more than two-thirds of women are not meeting their nutritional needs for iron, calcium or folate. “They’re not as healthy as they think they are,” says UNH lecturer Ingrid Lofgren, who is collecting and analyzing the data with her Nutrition in Health & Well Being co-teachers Joanne Burke and Ruth Reilly, both clinical assistant professors, and lecturer Jesse Morrell.
The researchers, who presented their findings at the recent Experimental Biology Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., initially asked students to engage in a variety of health-indicator screenings like blood pressure and cholesterol to bring the class alive with interactivity. They soon realized, however, that the size of the class (525 students per semester enroll in the course; 40 percent of UNH undergraduates take the course) gave them a gold mine of health information on a group about which little is known.
“This is a very understudied population. They’re very hard to reach,” says Reilly, noting that large phone surveys of this age group, such as one conducted by the Centers for Disease Control in 2003, generally do not reach students at college or cell phones. As part of the course curriculum, students conducted a range of health screenings on themselves, which the instructors say is an effective teaching tool. “Students feel they’re invincible; they think they’re cholesterol isn’t going to be high, that’s their dad’s,” says Burke. “When you tell students, ‘this is your data,’ they sit up and pay attention,” adds Morrell.
Students completed questionnaires on their lifestyle behaviors and dietary habits, chronicling their smoking, exercise, alcohol consumption, and consumption of fruits and vegetables. Their body mass index (BMI) was calculated from their height and weight, their waist circumference was measured, and they were screened for blood pressure as well as glucose, triglycerides, total cholesterol, and high-density cholesterol. The students also completed a three-day food diary and analyzed their calories, carbohydrates, and nutrient intakes with nutrition software.
Individual results shocked many of the students, and the aggregated data contradicted the notion that college students are at the peak of health. Metabolic syndrome, a cluster of five risk factors (high blood pressure, excess abdominal fat, high blood glucose, high triglycerides, and low HDL or “good” cholesterol) that are predictive of future development of heart disease and diabetes, is particularly prevalent in males. Sixty-six percent of males (compared to 50 percent of females) had at least one risk for metabolic syndrome, and eight percent of males had metabolic syndrome.
“These individuals, if they continue on this trajectory, are going to be much more of a health burden at age 50 than their parents are,” says Burke. The vast majority of students – 95 percent of women and 82 percent of men – are not meeting nutrient recommendations for fiber. Women’s intake of the important nutrients iron (23 percent meet recommendations), calcium (33 percent meet recommendations) and folate (32 percent meet recommendations) are remarkably low. Twenty-three percent of men and 34 percent of women participated in less than 30 minutes of activity per day.
The good news? “We have very few smokers,” says Reilly. Also, Morrell notes that UNH students may be slightly healthier than their peers; national rates of overweight and obesity in this group are close to 40 percent.
The other good news is that these nutritional benchmarks hit students at a time – and in an environment – when they’re susceptible to change. “Late adolescence is a great time to impart good health behaviors,” says Reilly, noting that most college students are making independent choices about food and activity for the first time in their lives.
“It was a real wake-up call,” says Heather Carmichael, a UNH senior and former Nutrition in Health & Well Being student. “I was a vegan and I thought my diet was superb, but no. I wasn’t getting enough calcium and I had one risk factor for metabolic syndrome. I was shocked.” The research can also help inform school policy, from portion size education in dining halls to routine blood pressure screenings at health services.
In addition to publishing their results, the faculty team is looking to help other universities – especially those with greater ethnic diversity than UNH – replicate their study. “We’re collecting data that’s useful to the students, to the university, and to us. The project is a win-win for everyone,” says Morrell.

Make A Change First
And I'll tell you exactly why this is true. You can either believe my opinion, statement, or reject it. It's up to you, in the long run you can tell me who will benefit from my advice, the Testimonials at www.bodybuzzfitness.com and the hundreds and hundreds I help every single day, or you, if you are stuck and don't know what you are supposed to do. A random guy approached me the other day at the fitness facility while I was performing some Kettlebell training and said
Guy: "Dude, how do you get so freaking ripped, are you juicing"
Me: I said, "Yes" I am juicing on many self-made technique secrets in this industry that probably can help you get to your next level.
Guy: So, how do I use these kind of secrets you're referring to, and how can I get ripped like you.
Me: You can get these informative secrets at www.bodybuzzfitness.com, especially in the Health Library section. No you can't get ripped like me because my body composition, genetics make up, training tactics, and nutrition method differ from yours.
Guy: Oh really, wow! I didn't really know that.
Me: Yes really
Guy: So how do I change all that, because I'm tying to get in top shape man.
Me: Stop doing the same thing you do all the time when I see you here, seek the advice of a Health and Fitness Professional, and start learning the best training methods and nutrition methods that works for you to get you to where you want to go.
Guy: Thanks man, I appreciate it very much.
Me: No problem :)!
This indeed was a very small conversation my friend, and what exactly I am trying to convey to you here is very simple. If you've been trying to get results, change your body, lose weight, get ripped, gain muscle mass, whatever the term you want to call it, and you are not seeing the results. There is only one question you need to ask yourself, " What am I doing wrong? and how do I find a solution for this problem? Listen to this, and it's very important, why would you keep on consuming "Hot Juicy Burgers" from a fast food joint every 48 hours when you know the potential health risks about it. And if you don't know some common ones: coronary heart disease, high cholesterol level, diabetes, obesity, high stress, hypertension, etc.
The answer is very simple and right in front of you. I'll tell you what it is, stop eating it every 48 hours, instead make your own by buying the ingredients yourself from a good supermarket such as Whole Food, and then you can eat it. Why do you keep on copying and following the knuckle head work out next to you? or in the Iron Man magazine or Oxygen magazine (for the ladies), when in fact you don't even know what you need, and when you are definitely not seeking the same things as those individuals. In your subconscious mind you might feel you are seeking what they are seeking for. Realistically speaking, you need to wake up! Don't get me wrong here, every one has a role model, and that picture might help you stay focus, but the work will not get you the same results.
Weather you like it or not or embrace my opinion or reject it, but truthfully if you do not make a change, no one will make it for you. Someone might be able to help you make that change, you have to dig deep down and say to yourself, I want this to change and I will make the change. Until you make a solid change then you will not know the power of simplicity and results. And if you are serious about making just even a small change, you should do so now by visiting www.bodybuzzfitness.com and try our FREE park work out video. It's a very challenging but very fun work that you can do on your own time where ever you want. Even if you don't execute all of it, it will help you.

I came across this article today in the news about the Democratic Republic of Poland. The article is about a man who went in a coma since 1988 and he spent 19 years in the coma. The incident happened in communist Poland back then. His name is Jan Grzebski, a 65-year-old now, a railwayman when the tragedy occured. During that time, while lying there in bed in the hospital, his wife consistently took care of him. Today this man expresses his sentiment after 19 years to the press in Poland saying how it was Gertruda, his wife, who really saved his life.
I've learned a great lesson from this article and I believe you should read it as well and you might learn something very positive, and something that can boost your energy, and may help you forget about giving up in your current struggle. I've learned that no matter how hard the trials get, no matter how tough life gets, no matter how hard the challenges are, if you believe in yourself and never quit you will achieve great things. That is exactly what Gertruda did, and because of her this man is now breathing the air of full life.
If for the first 3 weeks during your exercise program and nutritional program you don't see results, don't quit, keep on persevering. It might be extremely difficult for you to create time and devote time towards your fitness and nutritional goals, but once you create a game plan of action and believe you can achieve it, you will see the results if you never give up. You see, it took me a long time to get my body sculpt the way it is now. I am not better than you, but one thing I know for certain, when I started to study the human body more thoroughly back in 1998, I had a major goal to achieve. It was simply to get my body sculpt, stay in grade shape and live a healthy lifestyle. I did just that by never giving up, many times it was extremely difficult, the obstacles were pounding me down, but deep down inside of me I believed I could do it.
You see, Gertruda love her husband so much that nothing wouldn't step on her way to bring him back to life. That is very courageous, caring for someone in a coma for 19 years, and every single day is tough, and requires dedication, discipline and persistence. She believed one day he will rise again from it. I strongly believe you can do the same. I believe you have the power to lose the weight you don't want and stay fit for life. I believe you have the power to rise and make it happen. Subscribe today to the list at www.burnitforever.com to help change and educate you more about nutritious healthy living, and make your own time to work out whenever you want, and where ever you chose by signing up with our Online Training at www.bodybuzzfitness.com
I wish you the best in staying focus, and starting from today come up with a game plan of action and if you truly believe in yourself just like Gertruda did, you will achieve your healthy dreams. The link to the article is : http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20070601/od_afp/polandhealthhistory

JUST DO IT RIGHT AND SEE LASTING RESULTS!!!
Last weekend I went to a nice Turkish restaurant in New York City with a few friends that I hadn't had a chance to hang out with in a long time. The food was very delicious and we had fun eating, laughing, and discussing about our new lifestyles and different projects that we are undergoing at this particular moment in our lives. Two important comments stroked me while I sat there reticently listening to two of my good friends from college.
One is a Fitness Director at a Health Club and going to Medical School soon. He said to me, "You know what Ibsen, you just have to do it and take care of it while you are young, and don't wait when it is too late" This statement struck me like a meteorite, and you know why. Well, simply because I encounter so many people who want to change their eating habits, their fitness level, their health status everyday, but all they want to do is wait for a lifetime.
Even Worse! some of these individuals have so many excuses not to get started on a nutritional program and a fitness training program that can change their life forever. Instead, many of them rather keep suffering with their disorders and ingesting so many pills, and take their medication comfortably every single day. If you are reading this right now and feel like "you can't do it", then you will never do it. Like my friend said, you need to get up and do it now, just do it, before you find out you have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, high stress level, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, animia, and more.
The other friend of mine is a Financial Analyst and a Researcher. At one point on the table after sipping on his lemon water, he said to us "Save now and reap the results later in life." Then again, this statement can't be more true. Many of us just expect to see results without even trying or overnight. It doesn't happen like that in real life. Anyone who tells you other wise, something like, get a six packs in 2 days is a total lie, or lose your waist size in 2 days is a total lie. Of course you will feel a slight difference within tow days, but not results.
Yes! some of us, for some reason have what I call "The miraculous genes" and it is very, very, very rare to find. My point is, if you are embarking on a new nutritional program, exercise program, you cannot expect to see results in a day or 72 hours. The physiological aspect of the human body and the nervous system is too complex, and trust me the body needs time to adapt very well and get to a point of accomodation. You will need to put in some effort, commit yourself, and most importantly do it right and smart. The results will come and they will last for a very long time, believe me. Just like my friend said, if you do it right the first time around you will reap greater and lasting results.
Well folks! I hope these two important messages stay with you for a very long time, and by the way try some Turkish food, you'll be amazed with the results.

WHY IS ACTION & LOVE A PERFECT MATCH FOR YOUR HEALTH
Why is APRIL so powerful. After many years of analyzing this word, I came up with my own definition and a set of aphorisms that can break this word down into a magnificent set of life puzzle. If you are reading this at this instant, it is critical that you ponder on the meaning of this definition and see how it can brings joy and happiness into your life.
"Action is predominately the only route that will instill true love and happiness within your heart" It is absolutely fine to ask yourself right now. Well, what exactly do you mean Ibsen, and I don't think action is really what can make me happy and instill true love within my heart. If you weren't totally aware of it, action and love plays a huge role in our lives, and they do work together as a team. Let me give you two great examples. A married couple who have been together for 40 years, at some point met. I can't tell you exactly how they met. What I do know is that there was a form of chemistry and bond between the two. The man approached the woman, in most cases that is the way it is done. He took the initiative, "action" if you would like to get up and go talk to that woman. To make this illustration short, they fell in love and got married.
I challenge you to look around you right now or something that you have and you admire so much. Whether it is the car or the baseball bat, or the nice pair of shoes. At some point you took action to go see the car, buy the car, and fell in love with the car. What exactly is he getting at? Ha! I am a Health and Fitness professionals, what exactly do you think I am relating to here. It's your body and your health, you need to start taking action in order to stay healthy and live a healthier lifestyle. It is not any one's fault really if you cannot get into great shape or lose the 10 lbs you hate so much. Yes the help is there for you, but you have to take action in order to change, and get what you want. It is impossible to wake up one day and suddenly lose 10 pounds, or have a body max index of an athletes, unless if you make the effort to change. If you need the help of a professional, seek their help to get what you want.
A mechanic will diagnostic your car for you and tell you what is wrong, and you will need to take some form of action to bring the car to them, at the auto shop, and perhaps buy a list of tools if they tell you so, unless if you willing to pay more for the tools at the auto shop. You are scheduled for your doctor's visit for your annual physical. He or she will not physically go and pick you up and bring you to the hospital. You will need to drive there, or walk, somehow get there. A fitness professional can't put the food in your mouth for you, he or she can direct you and help with your nutritional need. He or she cannot do the exercise routines for you either to get in great shape, you have to take the action to do so. When you lose 10lbs you will be extremely happy and love yourself more, and so much more. Remember:
A= Action
P= Predominantely
R= Route
I= Instill
L= Love
"Action is predominately the only route that will instill true love and happiness within your heart"

WHY ARE MY ABS NOT GETTING FLAT
A good reason for that is because these muscles are so much smaller and they are hard to get in shape if you don't know the right techniques and tactics to use. Keep in mind that everyone has a flat stomach, for that matter, that six packs is there, but some can't see the muscles or the definition because they are covered with layers of fat. After you do 30 to 45 minutes cardio on the treadmill or elleptical or your favorite choice of aerobic warm-up. Don't just do 1 set of regular crunch and hope that you will get a flat stomatch. No! it takes much more effort than that. You need to couple and combine your abs exercises in smaller version, if you would like, quick circuit, and decrease your resting intervals. Basically, you need to keep challenging your abdominals with different intensity level and change the duration of your work. In one simple statement "stop doing the same thing over and over again, it doesn't work, the body can't stand it and the brain hates it." Allright guys, if you need incredible abs like me, let me help you get there.

For women, this case scenario is even much more complicated. Women have more hormonal changes than men. Certain hormones will trigger your mind to act and respond to stimulus differently, which is a good reason why women crave so many food and sweet, especially chocolate. Now, most of the bad fats that are stored in the body of a women go directly in the hips and buttocks section. There's a hormone call "cortisol " and this sucker is not friendly at all. I, myself can't stand this sucker. Why? well's it's a stupid belly fat that can take over your stress and other fat hormones at time, which in turn will increase your belly fat even more.
There are ways to combat against this bastard, and the team of expert I know can definitely help you with that. In the mean time ,women, let me give you a quick tip. Next time you're on a treadmil, don't stay on it more than 1hr because you're not doing yourself any good. You are actually triggering fats hormone after a good 45mns to 1hr on it, so get off and do something else. www.bodybuzzfitness.com
