Make A Change First

Listen up! I am mad as hell, and I'll tell you exactly why. Tell me if I am wrong about this statement. Have you ever tried to resolve a problem and you either keep on failing, or pounding your head against a wall, when the answer is actually right under your nose. And as soon as you find out you call yourself "I'm such an idiot, not to figure this out a long time ago". Well guess what! many of you that's exactly what you are doing with your weight and trying to stay in top shape.

And I'll tell you exactly why this is true. You can either believe my opinion, statement, or reject it. It's up to you, in the long run you can tell me who will benefit from my advice, the Testimonials at www.bodybuzzfitness.com and the hundreds and hundreds I help every single day, or you, if you are stuck and don't know what you are supposed to do. A random guy approached me the other day at the fitness facility while I was performing some Kettlebell training and said

Guy: "Dude, how do you get so freaking ripped, are you juicing"

Me: I said, "Yes" I am juicing on many self-made technique secrets in this industry that probably can help you get to your next level.

Guy: So, how do I use these kind of secrets you're referring to, and how can I get ripped like you.

Me: You can get these informative secrets at www.bodybuzzfitness.com, especially in the Health Library section. No you can't get ripped like me because my body composition, genetics make up, training tactics, and nutrition method differ from yours.

Guy: Oh really, wow! I didn't really know that.

Me: Yes really

Guy: So how do I change all that, because I'm tying to get in top shape man.

Me: Stop doing the same thing you do all the time when I see you here, seek the advice of a Health and Fitness Professional, and start learning the best training methods and nutrition methods that works for you to get you to where you want to go.

Guy: Thanks man, I appreciate it very much.

Me: No problem :)!

This indeed was a very small conversation my friend, and what exactly I am trying to convey to you here is very simple. If you've been trying to get results, change your body, lose weight, get ripped, gain muscle mass, whatever the term you want to call it, and you are not seeing the results. There is only one question you need to ask yourself, " What am I doing wrong? and how do I find a solution for this problem? Listen to this, and it's very important, why would you keep on consuming "Hot Juicy Burgers" from a fast food joint every 48 hours when you know the potential health risks about it. And if you don't know some common ones: coronary heart disease, high cholesterol level, diabetes, obesity, high stress, hypertension, etc.

The answer is very simple and right in front of you. I'll tell you what it is, stop eating it every 48 hours, instead make your own by buying the ingredients yourself from a good supermarket such as Whole Food, and then you can eat it. Why do you keep on copying and following the knuckle head work out next to you? or in the Iron Man magazine or Oxygen magazine (for the ladies), when in fact you don't even know what you need, and when you are definitely not seeking the same things as those individuals. In your subconscious mind you might feel you are seeking what they are seeking for. Realistically speaking, you need to wake up! Don't get me wrong here, every one has a role model, and that picture might help you stay focus, but the work will not get you the same results.

Weather you like it or not or embrace my opinion or reject it, but truthfully if you do not make a change, no one will make it for you. Someone might be able to help you make that change, you have to dig deep down and say to yourself, I want this to change and I will make the change. Until you make a solid change then you will not know the power of simplicity and results.
