Despite of the climate changes in many areas of the US and overseas, you will notice that the sun gets extremely hot at a certain time during the year, and it's usually the middle of the summer. In time like this, where dehydration can be a huge concern, the body can potentially deprived itself of important nutrients in order to combat the energy coming from the sun.
Some of you might feel light headed when the heat is on an alarming role or when the temperature rapidly change. Our body is designed to recuperate it's vital needs and to maintain homeostasis in any environment and weather. Unfortunately, if you are lacking sufficient energy, or just simply too unhealthy at that point of time, it is usually harder for the body to fight back and to remain in homeostasis (body being in a balance form where everything is working normally).
The human normal body temperature is 98 degree F, when it gets too hot this temperature will rise up and if it reaches 103 and plus that means there is exposure to heat exhaustion and even more. So you need to know how to cool off yourself. Or when it's too cold, this temperature drop, and shivering, migraine, and more can happen. Sooo...
