I'll have the videos of my quick 5-10 minutes short workouts for you to gain strength and destroy fat fast and stay fit sometimes in the next few weeks, so bare with me.
Alright, I know many of you reading this post just love your morning Starbucks latte, and I have nothing wrong against that. The only problem is that some of you who wants to lose weight and get fit, this might not be the right, all time choice, because just one small cup of a latte at your favorite local store can be a whooping 1200 calories. It depends where you buy it. Let a lone if you haven't had breakfast yet.
I know we make excuses about time, but truthfully if you can't spend only 2-5 minutes to make a quick latte that you're going to enjoy, there's no point of trying to be healthy and fit then. Anyhow, in any case you feel like you're sick and tired of buying lattes in the small store near your work or your house all the time, and want a quick healthier alternative here's one for you. It's the soy protein latte. Be advised: If soy is not your forte and if you're allergic to it, by no means please keep buying your other lattes.

Here's the recipe:
In a medium mug or large one
1 scoop of unflavored isolated soy protein powder ( I bought mine at whole food)
2 dashes of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
1/2 packet of Stevia (it's a sweet herb that can come in either in powder form or liquid form, it's an alternative form of sugar)
1 black tea teabag
Add hot water
Splash of rice milk or soy milk
Then hand mix it all with some kind of mixer at your house.
That's it....done. The time it takes to make this latte is only 5mns or less. Leave your comments to let me know if you liked it, the taste or the flavor, and how you felt afterward. I'd love to hear your comment. Good luck with it!
