He was a man who stood up for equality
He was a man who stood up for the betterment of human kind
He was a man who never violently tear the characters of any political leader
He was a man who believed in faith and freedom for all regardless of race
He was a man who was content to march on the most sharpen bard wired in his time
He was a man who never vehemently reviled any of his opponents but rather applauded their courage
He was a man who believed in his dreams so deeply that he risked his life to die for
He was a man of honor, passion, love, integrity, sincerity , not like any other man, a man who believe EVERYONE is created equal.
Who are you and What is your dream?
This man was Martin Luther King, and because of him I am able to write to you all time and time again about general health, fitness, making more out of life, and how to live a much happier lifestyle. Regard this poem as a token of love from me precisely telling you
"If you have a dream, as long as you keep on marching, never look back, defeat the obstacles, learn from the mistakes, and never give up, you will reach the mountain top, you will become a victor of the heart."
So go on now, and take a piece of paper, write down your dream in a statement paragraph , whether: it's losing 50 pounds, getting better from being diabetic, never getting sick, getting rid of hypertension, increase energy and stamina, develop mental acuity, gaining more muscles, making more money, increase the flow of happiness, reuniting with loved ones.....
Go ahead, write down WHY you want this dream so badly, go after it to make it become perfect reality, and never look back till you get there.
To your health,
Ibsen Alexandre
