Swine Flu - 5 Critical Ways To Protect Your Health and Body

If you’re reading this article you already heard the outbreak of the “swine flu. Now before you start panicking too much, there are few things you should know and should have done a long time ago to protect your health and your body against any foreign flu, illness, or disease, more on that later.

It’s been reported in the news, at Time.com, the lead story "Concern that the world could be on the brink of the first influenza pandemic in more than 40 years escalated Sunday." This story is making a lot of news right now in the U.S in many headlines where many cases have been reported.

So what exactly should you do about it? The first thing I should tell you is “don’t panic”. Why is that? The moment anyone panics in face of any situation, tribulation, it affects your emotional state and your mental state, hence leave you more vulnerable to attack and harm.

Instead, what you should do and should have done before any illnesses, or disease knock on your door step is what I call “preventative measures and mind detoxification”

What do I mean by these two terms? Preventative measures are simply preparing your bodily systems to combat against demonic invaders such as: bacteria, viruses, and microbes, through regular physical activity, proper eating strategies and elimination of stress.

Mind detoxification is the ability to cleanse every negative thoughts that has been passed on to you or that you absorb on a daily basis that causes your bodily systems and your cells, to become more acidic, therefore creating paranoia, promoting cancer cells, and leaving the immune system defenseless.

I’m very positive at this point that you’ve already read the typical conventional way of protecting yourself when something like “swine flu” make its presence felt. However, I have 5 Ways To Protect Your Health and Your Body from any foreign aliments, bacteria, viruses and more.

Number 1) Mind Detoxification: Every disease, or ailments usually start with the mind and can be cured with the mind. Consider this: 99% of all related illnesses are related to stress and the negative state of the mind. And what’s the best way to cope with stress and negative thoughts? Simply put, the best way to do that is to condition your mindset to adapt to more positive outcome: healthy body, healthy living, healthy lifestyle and belief in yourself.

Number 2) Boost Your Immune System: I can't stress this enough, your immune system is one of the gateways to your health. Think of it as a huge iron wall on one side of a football field and it’s job is to protect, protect and protect. It can’t be broken, it can’t fall down. It has to remain still and strong all the time. You have to strengthen your immune system so when any invaders come an attack your bodily systems so it can do its job perfectly, “protect, fight them away or destroy them”. What’s the key to that then? The key is to get back to basic again, regular physical activity, healthy eating, proper nutrition at the cellular level, cleansing, and healthy supplementation.

Number #3) Eliminate Your Stress: That’s easier said then done. The truth is, it is not as complicated as most of us make it. The plants and the animals don’t stress. So why do we stress so much and where in the heck the word “stress” come from. It’s man made. Wouldn’t you agree if you don’t believe you have stress in your life, most likely you wouldn’t have any? It’s an attitude, a mindset folks. Breathe more throughout the day – voluntary breathing- and mediate more daily. Find a relaxation CD or a place where you can ease your mind and create positive thoughts and imagery in your mind. Soon enough, stress will be out of your life for good.

Number 4) Emotional and Mental Recovery: Many of us don’t take time to recover from our emotional and mental fatigue. This type of recovery I’m referring to is when you lay down in bed or sit in a chair and let your body ease and sink in order to find yourself. It’s a time where you try to let go of everything that you possess, and only paying attention to the ONLY thing that keeps you alive in this world “Your Breath” That my friend is one of the greatest remedy known to mankind. The ability to feel and listen to your breath and clearing your mind so you can recover from your emotional and mental fatigue.

Number 5) Exercise, Exercise And Exercise: If some of you reading this post really knew the power of exercise and how it can save you from many detrimental factors in your life. You will make time for it at least three to four times a week. Unfortunately, most of us usually wait till the last resort to make a change, and at this point it may be just too late.

I’m not going into a lot of physiological and neurological details here about why exercise, proper nutrition, good eating habits, elimination of stress, and healthy supplementation should be a major aspect of your daily life. You’ve heard that before, many times. My question to you is simple, when are you going to start using “preventative measures and detoxifying your mind” so you don’t have to worry too much about the latest breakout of illnesses and diseases?

You should know the answer to that, and you think this article was really helpful to you, go to Nutrifitwellness to start boosting your immune system, cleanse yourself, and reduce the risk of swine flu or any flu for that matter.

"8 Steps For Fat Burning and to a Completely New You in Just 8 Weeks"

How would you love to turn your metabolism into a fat burning machine? How would you love to lose weight so fast that you make all your friends jealous and want to find out exactly what you are doing?

Nowadays there are ton of diets out there proclaiming to make you lose weight fast. Little did you know, after a few months on such a weight loss program you end up gaining all the weight back all over again. Sometimes it's your fault because you don't stay committed and quit before you see results. Other time it's not your own fault at all. In fact, it could be just a small conspiracy to trigger your emotional response and take your money away from you.

No wonder why the big weight loss gurus out there and big weight loss, diet manufacturers out there are smiling in their corporate office and saying "Hahaha..! we got one more sucker" and more profits in our pockets. If you only knew what goes on behind closed doors you will probably never spend another dime buying weight loss programs that will only benefit you for just 3 months or 6 months.

Well today I'm here to tell you that you can lose weight fast, and burn the bad weight fast and keep it off your body forever. You must know what you're doing and you must have a team that's supporting you for the long term not just the short term. And quite frankly if your mindset is about the "quick fix weight loss mentality", most likely you will not accomplish your weight loss goals because it just wont last.

So how exactly do you do it? What do you need to keep the unwanted weight off forever. Well you need to find a team of caliber experts who want to help you rather than take your money away from you. You want a team of experts who care about your overall weight loss goal, health, fitness level, emotional pain, body transformation, and lifestyle. You don't want to be associated with anyone or any company that's just after making a quick buck on a one diet pill fits all type deal to fatten their pockets and bank account, then after 3 months or so leave you in a dust for more weight loss and fat burning struggles.

You need a team of expert that will believe in you, keep you motivated, as long as you do your part, which is of course, stay committed, change your mindset, and change your attitude about one size fits all, and that you can do it. That being said let me introduce you to the "8 Steps For Fat Burning and to a Completely New You in Just 8 Weeks"

Step 1) Stay away from junk foods and cut it out in your diets [ Less refine carbohydrates ]

Step 2) Stop cutting your meals short, like eating only 2 pr 3 times a week skipping snack and think you'll lose weight and keep it off. Eat more balance meal regularly, more protein and healthy snacks in between.

Step 3) Eat more vegetables 7 days a week. The greener the better!

Step 4) Get more fat to lose weight. That's right! Eat more "GOOD" fats to lose bad fats.

Step 5) Use healthy supplements daily. Don't do this and your weight loss goal will always suffer.

Step 6) Exercise daily or at least 3 times a day. Two or three of those days should focus on "resistance training" not "cardio training"

Step 7) Find partners to workout with if you can. Having someone with you help a lot, and if you're too independent that's also find. Nowadays, you can just have someone work with you over the Internet.

Step 8) Always monitor your progress. That's right! if you don't track anything you won't know what changes need to be made.

There you have it. "8 Steps For Fat Burning and to a Completely New You in Just 8 Weeks"

Don't worry I won't leave you in a dust. Go HERE to find out how you can benefit from healthy weight loss and burn bad fat forever THERE.

"Spring is Here Get off The Damn Couch, Leave The Television Alone, and Start Moving"

It's been a few days since I've posted here. Usually, you won't read any post from me here about the so-called "Military Boot Camp Jerk", but today I have to tell it to you like it is.

If you are too sensitive and emotional please stop reading this one now because the truth will hurt you a little bit. It's for your own good, so.. Here I go :) !

Well, spring has finally arrived right. Not quite, but in a few more days. What are you still waiting for? You get up every single day without a specific goal for your body weight, your waist line, nor your fitness level. That must be a shame, don't you think?

In fact, you've been blaming the economy for quite sometime now. Even worse, your good friends and family members have been getting the same verbiage from you as well. Hey! if you love your couch so much and all the bad foods you keep on eating every single day, don't blame society and technological advancement for your obesity misery or your lack of shape - blame yourself because you refuse to do something about it. Seriously, don't you think it's time to wake up.

Yes my friend, when are you going to stop blaming everyone for your lack of will, desire and success. Interestingly enough, if you were to take your first step today, you'll be closer to that weight loss or toning your body. I know! I know! it's easier said then done, right. We hear this one all the time. The truth is, it is actually easier once you take the very first step and stick to your "statement of purpose".

Please mark what I said here "statement of purpose" not goals. In my opinion goals are outdated, require a lot of work, which is one of the reason why many people quit or fall by the way side. A statement of purpose on the other hand defines your set of goals very clearly with specificity and efficiency.

Here's an example. "On June 3rd my body fat percentage will be at 10% and I will be 10 pounds lighter. Going to the gym or exercise at home 3 times a week for the next 2 months will help me get there. On that same day, June 3rd, I will go out with a couple of friends to celebrate how much more define my arms are, how much happier I am because my cellulite on my left thigh is gone, and because my trunk section is finally where I wanted it."

This example above is simple and more like a "statement of purpose" something you should write out in a notebook or type, print it out, keep it close to you and read it almost everyday. This help you accomplish three critical things.

Number 1: It helps you become more positive towards the end result of your specific goal.

Number 2: It helps you ingrain the statement into your subconscious mind that it becomes second nature, meaning you won't forget it, and you'll know exactly why you can't quit when you face bad obstacles.

Number 3: It helps you stay focus on your target "what you really need" rather than "what you really want"

Alright! well, what are you waiting for, don't keep analyzing what I wrote here, get your piece of paper, write down your "statement of purpose", come up with your action plan, leave the couch alone and the television alone for a few minutes a week, then get started for spring.

"Food Shopping For Healthy Living and a Fit Body"

Ibsen you're talking about this health and fitness stuff, and eating well like it's so easy to do. This is what I hear quite a bit and what someone told me the other day.

To be frank with you, it is actually easy. And no, it's not because I'm a health and fitness entrepreneur or some guru either. It's just like anything else in life you desire, right. You discipline yourself and make a commitment to become better at it, no matter what the stakes are.

It's the same way with being healthy, eating well, and staying fit folks. You just need to create the positive habits and stick with them. Also, once you understand that being fit and healthy is the remedy to so many of your problems, you'll say to yourself, "Wow! the solution was right in front of me, how come I didn't take action a lot sooner."

I won't be going off a tangent here today. I just wanted to share with you a quick, recent, video, upon request from a reader about some of the stuff that I buy at the supermarket.

Here's the video below. It's not the best quality, and I hope you appreciate it. One more thing, just because you don't see comments posted on this blog, don't think there aren't any. By no means, please post yours or send your questions if you need to at info@bodybuzzfitness.com
