"Are Bottled Water Dangerous To Your Health,In Your Car and In Your Refrigerator?"

Water is essential for your health and body. In fact, it's the MOST important drink known to mankind. The water that we drink today can be contaminated, especially if you live in a big city. Today I'll let you on a couple of secrets about water that you should pay attention to and what you can do to get rid of the damages that has already been done.

Let's move on to it, shall we...

Maybe you don't watch the Ellen Show, so hear this one out. On the Ellen show, Sheryl Crow said this is what caused her breast cancer. It has been identified as the most common cause of the high levels of dioxin in breast cancer tissue.

Sheryl Crow's Oncologist told her:

Women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.. The heat reacts with the chemicals in the plastic of the bottle which releases dioxin into the water. Dioxin is a toxin increasingly found in breast cancer tissue.


So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car. Pass this on to all the women and men as well in your life.

This information is the kind we need to know that just might save us! Just so you know, here is the exception: Use a stainless steel canteen or a glass bottle instead of plastic. That's much better and safer. As for me, I usually collect 30 oz or more of canteen and glass bottle to fill my water in after purchase.

He said that the combination of fat, high heat,=20 and plastic releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.


Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin.

So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.

Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It ' s just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.

He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons...

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran wrap, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.


So today, I urge you to re-evaluate your refrigerator and make a commitment to use less plastics for your food and your drinks. Now, what can you do if you've been victimized by dioxins. Well, the best way and effective way is to "cleanse your system and detox".

I Love This Doctor

Do you think that I am bias? Not at all. In fact I respect everyone's opinion and seek out the truth. However, there are times when sharing a little humor is just what we need to release a lot of stress, and give our adrenal glands a pleasant time.

If you think I'm kidding, then read this one now....

Q: Doctor, I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?

A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... don't waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.

Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?

A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than an efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily allowance of vegetable products.

Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?

A: No, not at all. Wine is made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine, that means they take the water out of the fruity bit so you get even more of the goodness that way. Beer is also made out of grain. Bottoms up!

A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger.. You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.

Q: Is chocolate bad for me?

A: Are you crazy? HELLO Cocoa beans ! Another vegetable!!! It's the best feel-good food around!

Q: Is swimming good for your figure?

A: If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.

Q: Is getting in-shape important for my lifestyle?

A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape!
