"The Beauty of Pathological and Physiological Age At Best"

Have you read about the man who just celebrated his 107 in The Whashington Post. When asked Larry Haubner, how did he do it, with so much vitality and strength and no disease. He simply said "Nutrition, Exercise and Happinness"

So my question for you today is this, will you live to be 107 and more? and if you ever get to that point which advice will you offer other people. Well, if you've been following me for a while now you know that I strongly advocate about healthy lifestyle and healthy living, finding you passions in life so you can be happy.

I'm not going to write to you another dissertation here about what you should do with your life. However, before I send you to Larry Haubner's article , I will tell you this. Proper nutrition, with healthy eating habits, healthy lifestyle, proper rest, and a sound regimented exercise program with a strong mind is "the way"

You have to search into yourself more, dig deep, to find who you are, take action to become healthier and find true happiness through your passion. By the way if you want to learn about the 4 type of ages and why pathological and physiological are the most important ages, you can access it here. As promised, here's the article about a small portion of Larry's gracious life.
